H?tel récent, chambre propre et très calme. L'emplacement permet de visiter Santiago facilement à pied. Le petit déjeuner était correct dans une salle très bruyante. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

飯店位置不錯，附近有地鐵站和公車站??，可以搭乘大眾交通工具前往各個景點，柜臺服務人員態度很好，都會講英文，早餐采自助式服務，選項豐富，住宿體驗很不錯??

This hotel offers excellent value for money. It is very clean, and the reception staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

The room is not so big but very clean and tidy, really delicious breakfast!

The staff was nice and helpful. It is very close to the city center, but the room is relatively small. Overall it was tidy and nice.

Our room was internal with an obscured view into the lobby, so not great.
There was no fridge, tea or coffee facilities in the room.
The water was never more than Luke warm & the towels need renewal.
The rooms are sparce, but the bed & bedding were good.
The location was easy walk to St Lucia park ,& Metro..
Breakfast was ok.
